Screws are precision rolled from 1018 cold rolled steel (except where noted) to Class 2g available in 12 foot lengths. Stainless steel screws (304 S.S) available in 6ft lengths highlighted. Drive torques are based on a well lubricated bronze nuts. There can be a 15%-20% increase in torque if poorly lubricated.

Static and operating loads are calculated using bronze nuts. Additional ACME sizes and thread configurations (Left Hand, Multiple Start, Stub ACME and different materials) are available, consult factory. Machined ends are available per customer specification or Standard end machining; bearing mounts available for selected sizes, consult factory.
